Can you open a door without causing damage?
In the majority of cases, yes. Non-destructive entry — lock picking and manipulation — is always attempted first. The lock stays intact and the original key continues to work. Can you fit locks that meet recognised British Standards?
Yes. Where suitable for the door, Cobra can fit TS007-rated euro-cylinder options and BS3621 mortice locks. Insurance requirements vary by policy and property, so check your own policy wording; Cobra can explain the standard of the lock fitted and provide relevant product information on request.
